Like many others, my passion for spirits took off during the pandemic... 

For me, it started out as a way for a small group of friends and family to stay connected during those crazy pandemic days that eventually turned into a common love of Spirits, Cocktails and Good Times! 

Everybody knows that San Luis Obispo County is a great place to live if you like great wine, craft beer and cider but many SLO County locals aren't aware that we also have a growing industry of local distilleries that are producing high quality spirits as well.

My mission is pretty simple; I'd like to help other SLO County booze enthusiasts learn about and appreciate our locally produced spirits and hopefully have fun with good people along the way.  

The best place to start is at the Paso Robles Distillery Trail Website where info on all the local SLO County distilleries can easily be found. 

Working in the industry, I do get opportunities to try everyone's spirits from time to time and I want to share my impressions with other local spirit lovers.
